Job Responsibilities: 1. AI/HPC Solution Deployment & Optimization - Deploy, configure, and optimize Huawei’s AI solutions (e.g., Ascend processors, Atlas servers, MindSpore framework) for clients in smart cities, fintech, gaming, and large-scale AI model inference. - Provide on-site technical support for AI/HPC infrastructure, including performance tuning, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting. - Validate AI/IT solutions through Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and ensure stable operation in production environments. 2. IT Infrastructure Implementation - Deliver end-to-end IT system projects (storage, virtualization, networking) for customers, covering setup, configuration, and maintenance. - Troubleshoot server, storage (SAN/NAS), and network issues (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls) with structured problem-solving. - Collaborate with sales, project teams, and vendors to ensure seamless system handover. 3. Customer-Centric Technical Leadership - Act as a bridge between clients’ technical/business needs and Huawei’s AI/IT solutions, translating requirements into actionable plans. - Prepare and maintain technical documentation (HLD/LLD, operation guides) for delivered systems. - Provide post-sales support, including training and best practice guidance for AI/IT systems. Job Requirements: Education & Experience: - Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Electronic Engineering, or related fields. - 1-3 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure (servers/storage/networking) OR AI/HPC solution deployment. - Familiarity with AI frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch/MindSpore) or HPC environments is a strong plus. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Python/C++ and understanding of ML algorithms, data structures, and distributed computing. - Practical knowledge of: - IT Systems: Server administration (Linux/Windows), virtualization (VMware/KVM), storage (RAID/SAN/NAS). - Networking: TCP/IP, routing, DNS, basic firewall configuration. - AI Hardware: Experience with GPUs/Ascend chips, Atlas servers is preferred. Soft Skills & Attributes: - Strong problem-solving and logical analysis skills; enjoys tackling complex technical challenges. - Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication (English & Chinese; Cantonese/Mandarin fluency required). - Self-motivated learner with curiosity about cutting-edge AI/IT technologies. Preferred Qualifications: - Certifications: HCIE, RHCE, cloud/virtualization certs (e.g., Huawei Cloud, AWS, VMware). - Competition experience (e.g., Kaggle, Tianchi) or open-source contributions (GitHub, technical blogs). - Background in smart city, fintech, or gaming industries (key Macau sectors).
