Our client, a market leader in property and casualty insurance programs, is currently looking for a Fire System Engineer - Maintenance to coordinate, organize, and supervise maintenance, repair, renovation, alteration, and addition (A&A) projects for fire services, while ensuring effective progress monitoring.
Responsibilities:
Lead the technical team in executing daily maintenance tasks effectively.
Oversee the safety and quality of maintenance and contract work.
Prepare plans, maintenance records, and generate reports on maintenance tasks.
Ensure all tasks are carried out according to established standards with a focus on quality.
Coordinate on-site activities, conduct material inspections, supervise work checks, and manage testing and commissioning processes.
Effective collaboration with subcontractors is crucial to ensure timely project completion.
Facilitate coordination and communication with clients, consultants, and on-site subcontractors.
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical, or Fire Engineering.
Good written and spoken proficiency in both Chinese and English.
3-5 years of experience in fire or relevant engineering services is preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD drawing skills and MS Office is essential.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills.
Immediate availability is preferred.
