Our client is a Health and Beauty Retail Group, due to business expansion, they are now seeking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to join them.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance the tourism sector in China and ensure effective in-store retail promotions.
Engage in comprehensive tourism campaigns, contributing to idea generation, collaborating with suppliers, and executing initiatives designed to increase brand visibility and attract tourists to Hong Kong and Macau.
Work alongside agencies in China, Macau, and Hong Kong to devise targeted marketing strategies and create content across multiple platforms, including social media and outdoor advertising.
Act as a resource for insights on the Macau market, analyzing consumer behavior, purchasing trends, and developments in the Health and Beauty (H&B) sector; actively share findings with headquarters to explore market opportunities.
Collaborate with the operations team in Macau to identify areas for enhancement and drive operational excellence.
Frequently travel to mainland China and Hong Kong to collaborate with colleagues, agencies, and cross-functional teams on tourism-related projects.
Seek out potential local partners in Macau for collaborative initiatives.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing or related commercial roles.
Strong understanding of the Macau market, with insights into local and tourist behaviors.
Excellent communication skills, a high level of personal motivation, and a keen eye for detail; able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work independently.
Must be eligible to work in Macau and willing to travel to mainland China and Hong Kong.
Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin Chinese.
