POSITION SUMMARY: Supports the tax reporting team to ensure full compliance of tax related regulatory requirements, and to support the implementation of tax planning initiatives. This role involves managing the preparation and review of tax returns, assisting in tax strategy development, and ensure adherence to applicable tax laws and regulations. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Prepare and review tax returns, transfer pricing documentation and supporting schedules. • Analyze and reconcile tax-related accounts and transactions. • Assist in the development and implementation of tax planning strategies and initiatives to optimize tax efficiency. • Monitor changes in domestic and international tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tax guidance on business operations and transactions. • Support audits and inquiries from tax authorities. • Identify feasible enhancements to systems and work processes to improve accuracy and overall efficiency. • Perform ad hoc assignments. REQUIREMENTS: • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or a related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of solid tax experience in accounting and corporate tax, of which at least 2 years in supervision role. • Open to candidates from a recognizable accounting firm or Big Four. • Experience and knowledge in international tax and transfer pricing matters is an advantage. • Proficiency in all MS Office applications and accounting systems, with SAP system preferred. • Good interpersonal skills and able to interact effectively with colleagues, tax advisors and tax authorities. • Good analytical skills, self-motivated with proven abilities to meet with multiple deadlines and work under pressure.
