Position Summary The role of Assistant Manager - Network Service Delivery will be primarily responsible for overseeing the installation, implementation, configurations and troubleshooting of large-scale WAN/LAN/WLAN/VxLAN network infrastructure as well as assisting the maintenance of telecommunications in Galaxy Entertainment Group. This candidate must have the in-depth troubleshooting and analytical skills of network and telecommunication technologies and protocols to perform a wide variety of evaluation, monitoring and maintenance tasks to ensure the network infrastructure meets the company's defined service availability, stakeholder satisfaction and cyber security requirements such as Macau Cyber Security Law (MCSL) and Macau DICJ's Minimum Internal Control Requirements (MICR). This person can lead the team to coordinate with different support team members, Cyber Security team and business users to complete the projects related to network infrastructure services. Primary Responsibility Plan, implement and enhance WAN, LAN, WLAN, and VxLAN network performance Supervise the team to improve network performance and security level through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting Review technical deliverables and standard procedures for network, telecommunication infrastructure to identify areas for improvement Lead the implementation and support of network and telecommunication solutions, coordinate with IS&T functional teams, business units, vendors and contractors Plan, modify, relocate and migrate network components with minimum impacts to operation Define necessary KPIs to assess the performance, utilization, and availability of the network Implement and support network equipment including routers, switches, Forcepoint, load balancers, firewalls, FireEye and wireless controllers Lead problem resolution efforts and post incident reviews, diagnose and resolve problems under time constraints Conduct regular security monitoring to identify any server or network-based vulnerabilities, drive remediation action plan to resolve cyber security issues or concerns Assist the network manager on scoping, designing, scheduling, resourcing and budget planning, procuring network equipment and managing subcontractors Develop knowledge base to improve support efficiency, manage network asset records including hardware inventory, software release and product life cycle Arrange scheduled upgrades of network equipment to the latest firmware releases Be available on-call to respond to network related issues Requirements Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines Minimum 5 years of network and telecommunications project experiences Possess network professional certifications such as ENS, ECE, CCNP, JNCIA, FCNSP, PCNSE, H3CNE, H3CSE will be an added advantage Hands-on technical experience working with STP, OSPF, MBGP/BGP, Multicast, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN, L2VPN, L3VPN, VxLAN, SD-WAN, SDN/NFV Experience on H3C, Huawei, Extreme, Palo Alto, Fortinet, FireEye, Forcepoint DLP and Web Proxy, F5, PulseSecure, Avaya Experience on Extreme, Aruba and Huawei Wi-Fi Experience supporting Avaya PABX, ACD and call center applications Knowledge of information security frameworks such as CISP, NIST, Macau Cybersecurity Law, Macau DICJ's Minimum Internal Control Requirements (MICR) is a plus Experience in supporting Enterprise surveillance network Experience of leading IT technology solutions and vendors in China Strong verbal, written, documentation, communication and presentation skills Fluent in English and Mandarin Work across Galaxy Properties in Macau and Hong Kong
