The Business Analyst is accountable for documenting and analyzing business requirements. The role involves designing and optimizing overall business processes by leveraging technology in innovative ways, and liaising with business stakeholders to understand operational workflows and processes, thereby delivering tailored solutions that align with business needs. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Analyze, document and interpret business workflows, systems and data to map current states and formulate potential solution options. - Lead and facilitate discussions with business users and the development team to elicit user requirements and user stories, and develop product backlogs in line with business objectives. - Collaborate with the development team to define detailed technical requirements and system modification plans, and track deliverables to ensure the fulfillment of business needs. - Create and maintain a range of documentation, including process documents, requirement specifications, user guides, support manuals and interface design documents. - Support the Product Owner team in evaluating and analyzing various initiatives to inform data-driven business decision-making. - Work closely with business users based in Macau, Manila and Cyprus, as well as onshore and offshore Development & QA teams and the global IT support team, to coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) activities. This includes developing UAT test plans and smoke test cases to verify that all system enhancements and changes meet the defined requirements. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) - Accurate definition of business problems and processes - Successful delivery of end solutions that fully meet user requirements QUALIFICATIONS • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a Business Analyst role or a comparable position • Familiarity with Agile Development Methodology is a distinct advantage • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Systems or a related field • Proficient working knowledge of business and system modelling techniques, methods and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio, PowerPoint) • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Thorough understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) • Solid foundational knowledge of general IT principles and concepts • Familiarity with Gaming, Hotel and Retail industry operations is a desirable plus • Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills • Proactive work approach and ability to take initiative independently * Working location: HK / Macau 有意應徵者可將個人簡歷、個人身份證副本、相片及相關證明證書電郵至 recruitment@winson- group.com 薪金待遇面議,合則約見。所收集之個人資料將保密僅作招聘用途。
