RESPONSIBILITIES: * Oversee and coordinate the application needs of Hotel Operations within a multi-property integrated environment. * Establish and maintain a structured application framework to support Hotel Operations throughout the project lifecycle—from initial concept to full execution. * Contribute to the review and design of effective hotel application architecture and deployment strategies that align with multi-property business goals. * Supervise the rollout of hotel-related applications, ensuring comprehensive development of business, functional, and technical specifications. * Apply technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve conflicts or challenges arising from project dependencies. * Address business requirements by evaluating customer requests, proposing suitable solutions, and managing implementation efforts to ensure successful system delivery. * Guide the technical pre-selection process for applications, collaborating with operational teams to identify appropriate solutions. * Assign and manage project resources in line with project demands. * Supervise team performance with a focus on work quality, meeting deadlines, and maintaining service level agreements (SLAs). QUALIFICATIONS: * Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in IT enterprise applications within the Hotel industry is essential. * Strong familiarity with various business application systems used in the hotel sector is required. * Hands-on experience with Shiji PMS, Opera PMS, and InfraSys POS applications is mandatory. * Familiarity with hotel and casino system integration is considered an asset. * Proven ability to conduct requirements analysis, facilitate meetings with business stakeholders, and assess current system capabilities. * Professional background should include implementation, business process re-engineering, solution design, system customization, integration, and ongoing support of hotel applications. * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification. * Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to work independently. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across internal and external stakeholders at all levels. * Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience supporting large-scale operations in a 24/7 environment. * Proficiency in both English and Cantonese. * Working Location: Heng Qin 有意應徵者可將個人簡歷、個人身份證副本、相片及相關證明證書電郵至 recruitment@winson- group.com 薪金待遇面議,合則約見。所收集之個人資料將保密僅作招聘用途。
