Position Summary The Project Manager is accountable for the successful end-to-end delivery of projects, covering all phases from initiation, planning and execution to monitoring, control and closure. A core responsibility is to secure the acceptance and formal approval of all project deliverables from the Project Sponsor and key stakeholders. Primary Responsibilities - Oversee full project lifecycle management - Lead and manage all aspects of projects across their entire lifecycle, including the development and ongoing maintenance of key project documents such as the Project Charter, Project Plan, Communication Plan, project financial records, Testing Plan and formal project reports. - Prepare and deliver presentations to large, cross-level audiences for critical project meetings, including Project Kick-Off Meetings, Project Steering Committee Meetings and Go/No-Go Meetings. - Coordinate internal resources, third-party partners and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution and delivery. - Guarantee on-time project delivery that aligns with the defined scope and approved budget - Assist in defining project scope and core objectives, engaging all relevant stakeholders and validating the technical feasibility of project plans. - Manage all requested changes to project scope, schedule and costs by applying formal verification and change control techniques. - Provide timely project reports to management and escalate critical issues, risks or roadblocks as required. - Conduct thorough project risk assessments and develop comprehensive risk mitigation plans to address potential challenges. - Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with IT and business stakeholders, as well as third-party partners and vendors. - Develop and maintain complete, accurate and up-to-date comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. - Achieve all project budgetary objectives, and adjust project constraints and plans based on in-depth financial analysis and insights. - Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and pursue continuous development of leadership skills. - Attend relevant industry conferences and professional training programs as required to maintain and enhance professional project management proficiency. - Perform other ad-hoc related duties and project assignments as directed by management. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Ensure consistent delivery of all projects on schedule, within the approved budget and in full alignment with the defined project scope. Qualifications - A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in managing medium to large-scale IT projects. - Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field. - Holders of Project Management Professional (PMP) or China Standards Project Management (CSPM) certification are preferred. - Proactive, solution-oriented and can-do work attitude. - Fluent written and spoken English is a mandatory requirement. - Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight project deadlines. - Excellent communication skills, with a strong attention to detail, outstanding organizational and time management capabilities, and the ability to prioritize tasks strategically. - Confident presentation skills, with the ability to deliver presentations to large audiences including senior management teams. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Proven hands-on experience in managing medium and large-scale IT projects (including system implementation/enhancement, infrastructure/network projects, digital tools & platform development, and property opening projects) using Waterfall or Hybrid project methodologies; with solid vendor management experience. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple concurrent projects effectively. - Extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams, engaging with diverse stakeholders and managing external vendors/partners. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Experience in managing regional or remote projects is highly preferred. - Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, Jira and ServiceNow is a plus. - Familiarity with the latest industry technologies and market trends. 有意應徵者可將個人簡歷、個人身份證副本、相片及相關證明證書電郵至 recruitment@winson-group.com 薪金待遇面議,合則約見。所收集之個人資料將保密僅作招聘用途。
