General Manager Assistant

 Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in formulating the company's strategic plans, annual business plans, and phased work goals, follow up on the implementation progress, provide timely feedback on the execution status, and offer optimization suggestions.
- Be responsible for the General Manager's daily schedule coordination, including meeting arrangements, business receptions, travel planning, etc., to ensure the schedule is efficient and orderly, and proactively coordinate to solve potential problems in advance.
- Participate in important company meetings (such as board meetings, executive meetings, strategic seminars, etc.), be responsible for meeting minutes and summary preparation, and follow up on the implementation of meeting resolutions and cross-departmental coordination.
- Assist the General Manager in handling various official documents, reports, letters, etc., including drafting, reviewing, and archiving, to ensure the documents are standardized, accurate, and efficiently circulated.
- Interface with various departments within the company and external partners, government agencies, etc., to convey the General Manager's work arrangements and requirements, coordinate cross-departmental and cross-unit affairs, and ensure smooth communication and the proper advancement of matters.
- Be responsible for other important special tasks assigned by the General Manager, such as project research, data summary and analysis, special plan formulation, etc., independently handle unexpected affairs and properly resolve them.


Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Business Administration, Administrative Management, Public Relations, etc. preferred.
- Work Experience: At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Possess communication and coordination skills, writing skills, and overall planning capabilities. Familiar with office software (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, etc.), and have basic data statistics and analysis skills.
- Proficient in Mandarin and Cantonese, and fluent in English.
- Must have: Strong sense of responsibility, extremely strong confidentiality awareness, excellent learning ability, strong adaptability, and the ability to quickly familiarize oneself with the company's business areas.
- Possess good professional ethics and business image, and the ability to handle emergencies.
