Job Description: • Understands the SOP and guideline; assisting the team to perform daily operation • Assists to complete the inventory list & arrange Inventory stock up planning • To prepare reports (goods movement inquiry; system GR for non GLP property users & etc.) and other documentation • To manage work schedule & administration works • Manage unexpected event, incident and response to emergency • Assist to enhance operation procedures • Undertake other ad hoc assignments or duties as assigned by his/her manager • Collect, organize and store information using computers and filling systems Job Requirement: • Bachelor’s degree or above • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in inventory management • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Good interpersonal communication and telephone handling skills • Good in spoken and written Cantonese & Mandarin, English skills is a plus • Strong team player & sense of belongings • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks • Familiar with WMS system is an advantage Interested Parties, please apply via: • Email the detailed resume to careers@sjmresorts.com • Hotline 6528037 / 89820288
