採購及行政經理 (澳娛綜合卓越員工中心) Purchasing & Administration Manager (SJM Excellence Staff Center)

 Job Description:

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve purchasing strategies aligned with organizational goals, and oversee all purchasing activities
• Collaborate with the inventory control team to identify and manage procurement needs, ensuring adequate stock levels and ensure all procured goods and services meet quality standards and market
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve purchasing systems, workflows, and cost efficiency
• Build and manage strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, pricing, timelines, and terms to achieve the best value for the organization
• Manage supplier databases, departmental contracts, purchase records, and related documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility
• Supervise the daily administrative activities of the department, including supervising staff, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring performance, providing guidance and support to team members
• Develop and enforce office policies, procedures, and standards to enhance productivity and ensure compliance with company regulations
• Oversee the procurement and maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Monitor and maintain proper documentation of administrative activities for audit and reporting purposes
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
• for monthly inventory, verification and tabulation of various items on dredging ships



Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, administration, or a similar managerial role, experience in supermarket is preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office
• Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English
