• 開發、優化和維護SQL查詢，以從各個系統中提取、轉換和分析數據
• 根據業務需求設計和構建Power BI儀表板和報告
• 與利益相關者合作，收集、分析和記錄報告需求

• 自動化定期報告的製作並提出數據視覺化和提交的改進建議
• 排除故障並解決報告問題，確保及時提交關鍵報告
• 協助處理臨時數據請求，並從大數據中生成可操作的見解

職位要求
工作經驗：歡迎應屆畢業生申請。具有解讀業務需求並將其轉化為技術解決方案的經驗優先考慮
教育程度：學士或以上學位
知識/證書：對數據結構和關係數據庫有扎實的理解
語言能力：良好的英語，廣東話及普通話書寫和口語能力
電腦技能：精通SQL和Excel。具有Microsoft Power BI、其他BI工具（如Tableau、Qlik）的實際經驗者優先考慮。具備指令碼或編程（Python、R）的基本理解者優先考慮。

Job Purpose:

Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards to support business decision-making. Acts as a liaison between business users and IT to ensure reporting needs are met effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from various systems
• Design and build Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document reporting needs
• Validate data accuracy and ensure consistency across reports
• Automate recurring reports and propose improvements for data visualization and delivery
• Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues and ensure timely delivery of critical reports
• Assist in ad-hoc data requests and generate actionable insights from large datasets
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.

Competencies and Requirements
Experience: Fresh graduates are welcomed. Experience in interpreting business needs and translating them into technical solutions is an advantage.
Education: Bachelor degree or above
Language Abilities: Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Computer Skills: Proficiency in SQL (complex queries, joins, views, stored procedures) and Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.). Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI (including DAX, Power Query, data modeling), other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik) is a plus. Basic understanding of scripting or programming (Python, R) is a plus.
