Job Description: • Involve in the development of the loyalty program including program structure, tier benefits and set up of a comprehensive and rewarding redemption program to reduce program liability and offering more choices to instill patron’s loyalty • Assist to liaise with GLP leased retailers to opt-in and participate in the Loyalty Program including offering benefits to GLP members, negotiation on commercial terms, contract preparation and signing, redemption process and settlement, logistics support • Assist in planning, developing and setting up the redemption centre for display of redemption items and increase redemption rate • Work closely with Procurement and external vendors on sourcing variety of redemption products/coupons based on customer needs and wants • Assist in planning and organizing special redemption events/promotions for members. This includes collaboration with leased retailers and inventory suppliers • Maintain good relationship with inventory suppliers for supply of most updated/trendy inventory products • Work closely with the Membership team to ensure a smooth redemption process • Manage stock arrival including receiving of inventory, labeling, stock arrangement and placement, items display, stocks replenishment, stock maintenance, defect items return manually and systematically. Conduct regular stock check with Audit and prepare and update inventory report • Coordinate with vendors to ensure sufficient supply and timely delivery of inventory items • Periodic review of the inventory products turnover and items lifecycle for timely replenishment • Continuously review redemption performance and create action plans to improve redemption rate • Provide technical & operation support to participating leased retail partners • Assist in conducting periodic reports and consolidate customers’ feedback and comments to analyze the effectiveness of the loyalty marketing program/redemption, and recommend improvement actions • Keep abreast of market insights and ongoing competitors review to strengthen loyalty marketing strategies for continuous improvement of the program • Communicate with Marketing Service team to promote the Loyalty Program through different advertising channels • Work closely with Loyalty Training Team to conduct program briefing internally for operation /supporting department, and externally for leased retail partners on the Loyalty Program • Preparing monthly cost summary and actual expenses to Finance • Perform all other duties as assigned or required in order to meet the responsibilities of the position and for the Properties’ operations Job Requirement: • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in customer service or marketing-related field 5 years working experience in customer service or marketing-related field • Experience in the hotel, casino or integrated resorts industries is preferred • Strong visual merchandising background preferred • Must possess a strong work ethic and be a hands-on and results-oriented leader who is committed and determined to achieve established goals and objectives • Must have the cognitive ability to deal effectively with people under high demanding conditions.
