Assistant Administrative Manager

Our client is a well-established enterprise in Macau and is currently seeking an Assistant Administrative Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office administration, including facilities maintenance, equipment management, and procurement;
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, acting as a PA when required (manage calendars, arrange travel, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence);
  • Proactively manage and improve office operations, providing timely solutions, insights, and recommendations to senior management;
  • Develop and implement administration policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant local laws and regulations;
  • Source, monitor, and review vendor services and contracts, and support office contract/leasing renewals;
  • Support office renovation and relocation projects, including coordination with stakeholders and service providers;
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or related discipline (or equivalent);
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant office administration experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity;
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing;
  • Strong command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin;
  • Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and accountable;
  • Mature, well-organized, approachable, and with excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Senior Office Administrative Officer role.
