Position Summary
Reporting to the SPM/PM - Design Support, the incumbent assists on the co-ordination of all parties and design issues concerned with regard to interior design and fit-out.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist SPM/PM in checking all contract documents, schedules, drawing and specifications to ensure proper co-ordination among all parties
• Assist SPM/PM in preparing clarification drawing of new concepts to be discussed with consultants
• Monitor site progress and prepare monthly progress report
• Monitor and check contractors’ submission and resolve any design issues.
• Assist SPM/PM to prepare sign off drawings for internal endorsement.
• Attend project and site meetings as required.
• Assist SPM/PM to supervise consultants progress and deliveries.

• High Certificate/High Diploma in Architecture/Interior Design or related studies with minimum 8 years’ experience. Casino and hotel fit out experience would be an advantage
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Vectorworks, PowerPoint and other drawing tools would be an advantage
• Good liaison and co-ordination skills
• Excellent communication skills and strong personalities
• Responsible, self-motivated and able to work within critical deadlines as required by project schedule
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
