Position Summary As a member of the Solution Development team, the Senior Analyst - Project Management provides high quality and timely consultancy and project management services for various business units including Gaming, Hotel operations, and corporate services. He/she will work under the supervision and guidance from his/her reporting supervisor to proactively research, define and drive business IT-related initiatives to success. The position requires an experienced and motivated individual with the ability to utilize their talents, skills, and abilities in a coordinated and consistent team effort. Primary Responsibility • Project manage end-to-end process of delivery of solution from budget approval to implementation and wrap-up • Define business and technical requirements for initiatives that will translate to technical solutions • Facilitate/lead action of team members, stakeholders, and vendors/partners to complete tasks • Coordinate with software development staff on application support matters • Facilitate Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing activities, ensuring quality products are delivered to meet/exceeds customers' expectations • Work seamlessly with vendors and internal stakeholders alike to drive project initiatives to completion • Support IS&T Partners with new business initiatives and seeks creative IT solutions to business problems • Ensure policies and procedures are documented for systems and support functions • Adhere to existing IS&T standard operating procedures & governance structure Requirements • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, systems analysis, or a related study, or equivalent experience • 4 or more years of experience in not less than one IT discipline including, but not limited to project management (required), business analysis & design (preferred), application support, IT & business systems operations, etc • Working knowledge and experience with software development lifecycle frameworks including waterfall, agile/scrum • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a good ability to communicate in English required.
