Key Responsibilities • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles (from entry-level to mid-senior level), including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and closing candidates. • Utilize creative sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline. This includes using Boss, LinkedIn Recruiter, other job boards , social media, employee referrals, networking, and direct sourcing. • Review resumes and applications, conduct phone and video screens, and assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing a seamless and efficient experience for all parties. • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication and feedback, and ensuring a positive representation of our employer brand. • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their team needs, define role requirements, and advise on market trends, salary benchmarks, and effective interviewing techniques. • Maintain accurate candidate data in our pool. Track and report on key recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate conversion rates. • Contribute to employer branding initiatives by promoting our company culture and values through various channels. • Complete tasks assigned by department. • Assist with administrative matters Qualifications & Skills Required: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience of 2+ years in a full-cycle recruitment role, either in-house or within an agency. • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing techniques and using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • A strong sense of empathy and a commitment to providing an outstanding candidate experience.
