Manager/Supervisor - Resort Services

Position Summary
The Resort Services to ensure luxurious, exceptional , attached personal assistant experience to be delivered to Elite customers. To build relationship with Elite patrons to retain loyalty by exceeding patrons expectation and understanding patrons preference through professional engagement.

Primary Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional & personalized service including on and off site properties to top-tier VIP guests, ensuring their comfort, satisfaction, and privacy at all times
  • Handle and fulfill guest requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience
  • Proactively anticipate guest needs and preferences, making every effort to exceed their expectations and provide personalized touches
  • Facilitate exclusive access to resort amenities, private events, entertainment, and other VIP experiences
  • Arrange personalized amenities and special touches in guest rooms, such as welcome gifts, personalized notes, or preferred beverages
  • Effectively communicate with related departments to ensure clear information sharing and thorough understanding of all guest preferences being executed seamlessly
  • Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality, respecting guests' privacy and ensuring their comfort and security
  • Handle guest concerns or issues promptly, finding appropriate solutions while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. Providing timely update to management to ensure all guest issues are well addressed and being followed up and followed through
  • Foster strong relationships with VIP guests, ensuring their loyalty and continued satisfaction with the company
  • Maintain up-to-date and proficient knowledge of the hotel's facilities, amenities, and services, as well as local attractions and entertainment options
  • Familiar with luxury service standards and protocols, including formal dining etiquette and VIP guest requirements


Requirements
  • Macau Resident only
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field is preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience serving high-profile guests, celebrities, or high-net-worth individuals is highly desirable
  • Proficient in Chinese & English, other language is an advantage.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with VIP guests
  • Impeccable grooming and personal presentation. Strong organizational skills, ability of multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail, ensuring every aspect of service and guest preferences are flawlessly executed
  • Discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive information and situations with the utmost professionalism
  • Problem-solving abilities, with a solutions-oriented mindset and the capability to think quickly and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Willing to work flexible hours to accommodate guest needs and ensure seamless service
