About Our Client: Our client is a professional service provider, as they continue their aggressive scaling, they are seeking a highly driven and aggressive Marketing Supervisor / Executive to join their dynamic team in Macau. This role is for a proactive leader who seeks an exciting and fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively contribute to and execute innovative and impactful marketing strategies designed to elevate brand awareness and drive business growth in the Macau market, with a keen eye on emerging opportunities.
• Ensure all content creation is highly relevant and competitive, demonstrating a sharp understanding of current market trends and consumer preferences.
• Assist in the development and diligent monitoring of meaningful marketing KPIs, utilizing data to drive continuous performance improvement and agile adjustments.
• Proactively conduct thorough market research and analyze trends within the Macau competitive landscape, providing timely, data-driven insights to optimize promotional activities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate closely and effectively with various departments, including content creation, sales, and customer service, to ensure the seamless execution and consistency of marketing initiatives.
• Manage specific marketing projects and campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring timely execution, adherence to budget guidelines, and responsiveness to market feedback.
• Continuously monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, suggesting and implementing agile adjustments to meet evolving business objectives.
• Assist in building and nurturing relationships with local partners and clients, contributing to long-term brand development and market penetration.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• A minimum of 2-4 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 1 year in social media marketing or digital campaign execution. Prior experience in a supervisory or project lead role is a plus.
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills and creative thinking, coupled with a high degree of market sensitivity and the ability to adapt swiftly to a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of effectively collaborating with team members and stakeholders, and presenting insights clearly.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, with a proven ability to leverage various media resources for effective campaign execution.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
