職位介紹

• 須處理來自不同部門的 Lenel 系統、Timelox 系統和 Key Cabinet 系統接入請求
• 為團隊成員、車輛、供應商、訪客等發出進出許可卡
• 須處理發行、修改及停止不同許可卡之工作
• 須維護閲讀器、生物辨識閲讀器、緊急按鈕和感應器的正常運作
• 須維護客房門鎖的正常運作
• 更新庫存記錄

職位要求
工作經驗: 具從事保安系統的工作經驗者優先考慮
教育程度: 中學畢業或以上程度
語言能力: 操基本廣東話，英語及普通話
電腦應用: 基本電腦知識

Job Purpose
Maintain Security technical systems, issue access cards to staff, provide technical and software support. Ensure compliance to departmental and Company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle access requests for Lenel System, Timelox System, and Key Cabinet System from different departments
• Produce badges e.g. employee, LV, vendor, visitor, etc.
• Issue, re-issue, deactivate different badges
• Maintain the proper functioning of readers, biometric readers, emergency button and door sensor
• Maintain the proper functioning of guest room door locks
• Update inventory records update

Competencies and Requirements
Experience: Previous access control experience an advantage
Education: Secondary school diploma or above
Language Ability: Basic Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Computer Skills: Basic
