Job Description:

• Propose the ideal ERP architecture with the consideration of overall integration
• Play a key role to provide technical expertise to the project team on solution and architecture design based on the understanding of the business processes
• Manage vendor and internal SAP team to ensure the business objectives are implemented accordingly in the SAP system including the integration with the 3rd Party systems
• Study the business processes in both SAP systems and the integrated systems, and assess the suitability of any optimization to align with the SAP best practices
• Responsible to analyze the SAP database and optimize the design for operation needs, and deliver SAP Business Intelligence projects with the expertise
• Define and produce guideline and internal procedure for the SAP team management
• Ensure adequate documentation is provided and review them for quality, usability and completeness
• Follow IT internal processes, policies and procedures
• Mentors IT SAP Specialists
• Analyze and evaluate team member work performance


Job requirement:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration or related fields a minimum
• SAP certification(s) is preferable
• Minimum 8 years in implementations, authorization design and support experience in SAP ERP modules (FI/CO, MM, HCM) and BPC, with minimum 3 years team leading experience in SAP ERP & BPC full life cycle of solution design/implementation project management
• Proficient in spoken and written both English and Chinese
• SAP ECC 6.0 or higher, BPC and Business Intelligence. HANA is a plus
• SAP authorization design
• Hospitality or gaming system and infrastructure knowledge is a plus
• Solid knowledge in SAP ERP & BPC functional skills especially in integration of Human Resource, Finance and Procurement operations
