Responsibilities: • Contribute to overall operational efficiency by performing relevant duties as assigned • Follow-up “no-show” list and group wash-down daily. • Supervise the confirmation of Hotel Reservations via letter/email/fax within 24 hours of receipt • Co-ordinate all reservations input. • Knowledgeable of detailed procedures in handling room booking. • Perform daily duties and any other duties assigned by Revenue Manager or Reservation Manager. • Follow-up on billing authorization or payment arrangement in case of room prepayment required and forward to Front Desk for their follow-up. Requirements: • Diploma or Degree preferably in hospitality or related field • Minimum one (1) years relevant experience in a similar position in a renown international hotel brand • Good customer services, communication and upselling skills. • Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese, ability to speak Mandarin is highly preferred. • PMS and Office software knowledge • Macau residents only.
