IT Technician

Responsibility
 
  • Establish, maintain, and update the labeling and recordkeeping for VML cables.
  • Revise the ELV and data center configuration.
  • Delivers, inserts, ejects, moves, and keeps track of the inventory of tapes.
  • Logging inventory and hardware logistics
  • Physical installation, firmware upgrade, setup, and labeling of network and wireless equipment
  • Keep track of, update, and maintain the availability of panel ports and the inventory of network cables.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information system, engineering or related disciplines.
  • At least 2 years of IT related experience
  • Occupational Safety Card and HCIA/CCNA are required
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to focus on many priorities at once
  • The capacity to operate independently
  • Practical understanding of ITIL procedures
