招聘店鋪主管 - 內衣與運動服裝品牌

薪酬福利：

  • 月薪+傭金可達MOP 23,000 或以上

  • 例假: 8天

工作職責：

  • 協助店鋪鋪經理達成銷售目標，分析數據制定策略，帶領團隊突破KPI

  • 培養員工的專業知識（如內衣尺寸測量、運動服裝功能講解），提升顧客體驗

  • 監管庫存流轉、視覺陳列設計，確保門店成本效率與品牌形象一致性

  • 協助完成分配的其他臨時項目

工作要求：

  • 5年以上零售管理經驗（3年主管級別），內衣/運動服飾領域優先

  • 良好廣東話、普通話和英語

  • 強大領導能力、解決問題能力和決策能力

  • 獨立並能夠在壓力下執行多項任務

  • 職位要求
