Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance by managing calendars, arranging travel, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence for senior executives.
Operational Coordination: Take proactive ownership of daily operations, ensuring that all administrative tasks are executed efficiently and effectively.
Communication Liaison: Serve as a point of contact between senior management and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating clear and timely communication.
Project Assistance: Support various projects, including office renovations and relocations, by coordinating logistics and vendor services.
Policy Adherence: Assist in the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform various tasks as assigned to support the overall functioning of the executive team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years in a Personal Assistant or administrative support role, preferably within a corporate environment.
Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and possesses a strong sense of responsibility.
A mature, well-organized, and approachable personality with excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships.
