Executive, Administrative and Marketing

Our client, a vibrant advertising agency, is searching for a dedicated Admin & Marketing Executive to join their team. If you're passionate about marketing and skilled in administration, this is your chance to thrive in a creative and dynamic environment!

 


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and facilitate efficient office administration and operations, ensuring smooth client and project development and execution while meeting project goals and timelines.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, propose solutions, prepare operation plans, financial estimates, and maintain budget control.

  • Assist the Marketing team in strategizing, creating, and managing social media content, with a target of four posts per month.

  • Generate regular management and financial reports, including updates on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Statement of Accounts, petty cash, and reconciliations.

  • Maintain a well-organized office space, focusing on cleanliness, safety, security, and efficient supplies and storage management.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder in marketing or related fields, preferably with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.

  • Demonstrates creativity, analytical thinking, and strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.

  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to oversee projects from inception to execution.
