Manager – Online Partnership

JOB SUMMARY & AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY

Galaxy Entertainment Group is seeking an experienced leader to expand the strategic online partnership network in target markets which include China, HK, Taiwan and selected overseas markets.
The candidate will negotiate and develop various digital marketing campaigns by leveraging possible partner resources, marketing fund or network; take initiative to plan and propose new collaborations.
The candidate will be responsible for managing some assigned digital platforms including member cooperation, daily operation, content management on specific digital platforms and potential IP / campaign collaboration from start to finish. The Senior Manager will lead the digital channel collaboration, ensure its competitiveness, and drive its profitability while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure widespread adoption and success. This role reports to AVP of Online Partnership Team.


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Program Design, Strategy & Policy Framework:
  • Build up strong relationship with new and existing online partners/memberships to explore potential collaboration opportunities which can fulfill the business needs of internal BUs including social media, digital platforms, brand partners etc.
  • Plan and execute all digital platform partnership strategy and cooperation. Drive awareness, advocacy, promotion and storytelling around GEG brands and campaign to engage both current and prospective visitors and transform them into Galaxy members.Gather and understand new and existing business requirements and implement the digital channel solution to meet these requirements
  • Manage not only the daily operation like content creation and upload, advertising optimization, , flagship store management, POIs management but also platform content collaboration, potential IP/Campaign collaboration.
  • Measure and report performance of all campaigns partner with digital platform, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and campaign. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with external digital platform and internal marketing/operation/IS&T/Procurement teams on all elements of digital channel management.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Act as the primary liaison with internal business units (Brand Marketing, Hotel Operations, Food &Beverage, Retail, Entertainment, etc.) and external partners to ensure their participation and alignment with the program.
  • Work closely with different operations, procurement team and finance teams to ensure the program’s success and profitability.
  • Partner with CRM team, Loyalty Marketing team, as well as with other marketing teams to design campaign frameworks and tactics.
  • Present the program’s value proposition to stakeholders to drive buy-in and adoption.

Profitability & Performance Management:
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the program’s success and profitability.
  • Identify opportunities to recruit more members, increase the ROI or drive more business to GEGs.
  • Use data-driven insights to make strategic adjustments and optimize the program.
Presentation & Communication:
  • Present program updates, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Develop compelling presentations and reports to communicate the program’s value and impact.


QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8 - 10+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
  • China Digital Experience required and must be familiar with OTA, social platforms and online media buying
  • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Proven ability to motivate and work efficiently
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking and organizational skills
  • A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
