Job Purpose: The Marketing Assistant Manager supports the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing strategies and campaigns. This role ensures brand consistency, drives market engagement, and contributes to achieving business objectives through effective coordination and analysis. Job responsibilities • Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns across digital and offline channels. • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing activities. • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to support decision-making. • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, preparing reports and recommendations for improvement. • Manage social media, website content, and promotional materials to strengthen brand presence. • Support event planning, product launches, and PR initiatives. • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and corporate standards. • Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing Manager.
