Our client is a global leader in air cargo handling and aviation ground services. To support its operations in Macau, the company is seeking an experienced Head of Information Technology to lead its IT strategy, systems and technology operations.

Responsibilities:
• Advise senior management on IT strategy, technology investment, cybersecurity risks and system performance.
• Lead IT planning, digital transformation and technology initiatives aligned with the company’s operational and business needs.
• Oversee the implementation, integration and management of cargo management systems, enterprise applications, IT infrastructure and other mission-critical systems.
• Ensure reliable connectivity and system integration with airlines, business partners, airport stakeholders, customs authorities and other relevant parties.
• Establish and oversee IT governance, cybersecurity, data protection, access management and internal controls in accordance with applicable regulations and group policies.
• Maintain system availability, operational resilience, disaster recovery and business continuity arrangements.
• Manage IT budgets, capital expenditure, technology vendors, service providers and contractors.
• Drive automation, system enhancements and process improvements, while leading and developing the IT team.

Requirements
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in IT management, systems implementation or technology operations, including at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience in IT strategy, enterprise systems, infrastructure management, cybersecurity and large-scale system integration.
• Experience in aviation, airport ground handling, air cargo operations or logistics is strongly preferred.
• Good knowledge of IT governance, data protection, cybersecurity, disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Experience managing IT budgets, technology vendors, system implementation projects and external service providers.
• Strong commercial judgement, leadership, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
