Our client, a well-established bank in Macau, is looking for a Branch Manager to drive business expansion and lead day-to-day branch performance.
Responsibilities
Report to the Head of Sales and Distribution.
Oversee branch operations and ensure customers' needs are met through high-quality customer experience.
Achieve sales targets and actively identify new business opportunities by promoting banking services and products.
Conduct sales management and deliver branch plans to achieve business objectives.
Execute marketing activities and strengthen the Bank's professional image.
Coach staff and design practical training programs to support sales performance and service excellence.
Ensure the branch operates in compliance with applicable rules and regulations, including monitoring suspicious transactions, taking appropriate actions to manage risk, and maximizing operational efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines.
At least 5 years of experience in retail banking at supervisory level.
Familiar with branch operations and investment products.
Knowledge of general financial activities and the economic environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with fluent proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

確保分行在適用規則及法規下運作;識別可疑交易並採取適當行動,以降低風險並提升營運效率。
任職要求
具商業管理或相關學科學士學位或以上學歷。
至少 5 年零售銀行監督層級相關工作經驗。
熟悉分行運作及投資產品。
具一般金融活動及經濟環境的基本知識。
具出色的溝通及簡報能力,並能熟練使用英語、粵語及普通話(口語及書面表達皆佳)。
