Our client is a leading luxury retail brand. We are seeking a Store Supervisor with an exceptional CRM mindset and strong leadership potential. This role serves as the Second-in-Charge of the store, responsible for achieving individual sales targets while leading the execution and monitoring of the store's client relationship management strategy. We are looking for a professional who can drive team performance through positive influence.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve individual sales targets and lead by example on the sales floor, setting a high standard of service excellence
Take full accountability for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, including staff scheduling, floor management, and daily operational workflow supervision
Apply business acumen to analyze sales data, foot traffic conversion, and inventory status to support operational decision-making
Proactively initiate and execute CRM action plans (e.g., VIP relationship maintenance, dormant client reactivation, exclusive event invitations)
Monitor and follow up on team members' CRM performance, including client data capture, outreach volume, and appointment completion rate
Analyze key CRM metrics: client repurchase rate, engagement rate, and VIC retention rate
Partner with the Store Manager on client list segmentation and follow-up strategies
Act as a positive influencer within the team, fostering a proactive, professional, and dynamic work environment
Proactively lead the team in client outreach or product knowledge sessions during low-traffic periods.
Requirements
Must have experience with top-tier luxury fashion brands (e.g., brands under LVMH Group, Kering, or equivalent)
Proven experience in team supervision and floor management, with the ability to independently fulfill Second-in-Charge responsibilities
Strong CRM mindset is mandatory - must have previously led or executed CRM action plans and tracked/analyzed results
Ability to achieve individual sales targets while effectively managing a team
Basic business acumen: understanding of conversion rate, Average Transaction Value (ATV), and the relationship between inventory and sales
Positive, proactive personality with the ability to motivate others
