職責：

• 主導及與團隊制作新聞內容。運營各社交與自家線上線下傳播媒體平台及產品(紙媒) 。

• 引入並全面推進各員工以人工智能輔助運作，優化及全面更新各項運作流程，提升運作成效及成本效率。

要求：

• 碩士學位優先

• 具備10年或以上的工作經驗，其中6-7年為管理團隊經驗，具新媒體新聞運營經驗者優先。

• 良好的英文及中文能力。

• 熟練使用Microsoft Office、社交媒體及相關電腦軟件。

• 具備團隊管理經驗及良好的專案管理能力。

• 能夠同時處理多個項目並在規定期限內完成工作。

• 具備良好的組織能力，責任心強，並具有強烈的責任感。

Responsibilities:

• Lead and collaborate with the team to produce news content, operating various social media and the company's online and offline communication platforms and products (print media).

• Introduce and fully implement AI-assisted operations for all employees, optimizing and updating operational processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Master's degree preferred.

• 10 years or more of work experience, with 6-7 years in team management; experience in new media news operations is preferred.

• Good proficiency in English and Chinese.

• Skilled in using Microsoft Office, social media, and related software.

• Experience in team management and strong project management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and complete tasks within deadlines.

• Strong organizational skills, high sense of responsibility, and a strong sense of accountability.
