職責：

• 主導及與團隊製作新聞內容，運營各社交媒體及自家線上線下傳播平台和紙媒產品。

• 引入並全面推進員工以人工智能輔助運作，優化及更新各項運作流程，提升運作成效及成本效率。

• 構思及建設人工智能傳播線上平台（APP + 網站），由IT外判公司負責研發。

• 與社會各界建立良好關係，構建公司外判合作夥伴網絡，提升公司品牌價值，並以媒體力量回饋社會。

• 管理銷售團隊業績，提升其營收能力，體現客戶價值。

• 與人事外判管理團隊密切合作。

要求：

• 碩士學位優先。

• 具備10年或以上工作經驗，其中6-7年為管理團隊經驗，具新媒體新聞運營經驗者優先。

• 良好的英文及中文能力。

• 熟練使用Microsoft Office、社交媒體及相關電腦軟件。

• 具備團隊管理經驗及良好的專案管理能力。

• 能夠處理多個項目並在規定期限內完成工作。

• 具備良好的組織能力、責任心強，並具有強烈的責任感。

Responsibilities:

• Lead and collaborate with the team to produce news content, operating various social media and the company's online and offline communication platforms and products (print media).

• Introduce and fully implement AI-assisted operations for employees, optimizing and updating operational processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Conceptualize and build an AI communication online platform (APP + Website), developed by an IT outsourcing company.

• Establish good relationships with various sectors of society, build a network of external partners, enhance the company's brand value, and use media power to give back to society.

• Manage the sales team's performance and enhance their revenue-generating capabilities to reflect customer value.

• Collaborate closely with the human resources outsourcing management team.

Requirements:

• Master's degree preferred.

• 10 years or more of work experience, with 6-7 years of management experience; experience in new media news operations is preferred.

• Proficient in English and Chinese.

• Skilled in using Microsoft Office, social media, and related software.

• Experience in team management and good project management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and complete tasks within deadlines.

• Strong organizational skills, a high sense of responsibility, and a strong sense of accountability.
