主要職責:

制定並執行社區及政府關係策略,以提升公司在社區中的形象與知名度。透過建立促進經濟與社會機會的合作關係,支持公司的業務目標,並確保公司被視為致力於服務社區的負責任企業。

  • 協助主管規劃公司的慈善與社區活動,並在公司商業及慈善重點領域中建立具影響力的計劃與合作夥伴關係
  • 制定、推廣並實現社區關係計劃的策略目標與指標
  • 積極推動社區贊助與活動,配合公司的整體市場推廣策略,提升品牌形象與社會參與度
  • 建立、維繫並深化與個人、企業及社區組織的良好外部關係,強化公司在社區的外展與影響力
  • 與本地社區持份者、協會、教育機構、主要非政府組織及其他支持社區關係計劃的合作夥伴建立有效的關係
  • 設計並推動鼓勵員工參與志願服務與慈善活動的新項目
  • 協助內容撰寫、網上社群互動及活動管理。編製符合公司及政府要求的報告

職位要求

工作經驗:
•具至少三年企業社會責任、社區關係或慈善相關工作經驗;具營利與非營利組織工作經驗者優先考慮
•熟悉與澳門政府及本地組織溝通與合作
•具兼顧業務成果與社會價值的實際操作經驗
•曾與關鍵利益相關者建立並維持良好的合作關係
•具卓越的人際溝通技巧,能有效連結多元化的內外部夥伴
•熟悉社會議題與時事動態,具備良好的商業敏銳度
•具高度主動性與良好判斷力,及優異的決策與問題解決能力
教育程度:具新聞或傳播學士學位者優先考慮
語言能力: 能操流利廣東話及英語,具良好中英文書寫能力
電腦應用: 熟識Ms Office軟件操作,包括Word和Excel (中文及英文)

Job Purpose

Develop and implement the company’s community relations strategies to enhance the company profile and image in the community. To support the company’s business goals by ensuring the company is recognized as a responsible corporate citizen committed to serving the community through partnerships that contribute to economic and social opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support division head to plan the company’s philanthropic and community endeavors including establishing charitable programs and partnerships within the company’s charitable focus area
  • Develop, promote and deliver the strategic objectives and targets for the Community Relations Program
  • Proactively support the company’s marketing vision through driving community sponsorships and community events and ensuring alignment of such sponsorships and events to the overall strategy
  • Establishes, nurtures, and maintains positive external relationships with individuals, businesses, and community-based organizations that support the company’s outreach efforts
  • Develop effective relationships with local community stakeholders, associations, educational institutions, key NGOs and other partners which support the community relations plan
  • Create new programs that encourage and facilitate employee engagement in volunteerism and philanthropy

Competencies and Requirements

Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in corporate social responsibility, community relations or philanthropy; experience in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors strongly preferred
Extensive experiences in dealing with government and local associations in Macau
Experience creating social impact while supporting business objectives
Track record of relationship with key stakeholders
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact with and develop partnerships with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders
Familiar with social issues, current affairs and strong commercial acumen
An ability to take initiative, good judgment and strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications or Journalism preferred
Language Abilities: Good written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (English and Chinese) and Excel
