• 整合來自本地、區域和國際媒體的詢問
• 組織和執行媒體參觀、拍攝及娛樂活動，同時與跨部門團隊（餐飲部、前台等）進行協調
• 協助計劃和執行公關活動
• 為部門提供行政支援，並處理任何臨時任務

職位要求

工作經驗：具相關領域工作經驗者優先考慮
教育程度：具新聞或傳播學士學位
語言能力：能操流利廣東話及英語，具良好中英文書寫能力
電腦應用：熟識Ms Office軟件操作，包括Word和Excel (中文及英文)
技能：
•注重細節，組織能力強，能夠在緊迫的期限下獨立完成工作
•積極主動的團隊合作者，具備強大的多任務處理能力

Job Purpose

Responsible for updating media contacts, preparing and dispatching corporate information, and organizing and executing all media/PR functions and programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate daily media coverage reports and monthly PR updates
• Compile media enquiries from local, regional and international media
• Support media tours and organize filming, photoshoots, and entertainment while coordinating with internal teams (F&B, Front Office, etc.).
• Assist in planning and executing PR events
• Manage general administrative tasks for the PR team.

Competencies and Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in related field is an advantage
Education: Bachelor’s degree in communications or journalism preferred
Language Ability: Good written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (English and Chinese) and Excel
Skills:
Detail-oriented, organized, able to work independently under tight deadlines
A proactive team player with strong multitasking abilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passionate about collaborating with people from diverse backgrounds
