- Project Initiation & Planning
- Collaborate with Business and Solution Architecture teams to understand Business requirements and Solution options.
- Define Project implementation strategies, cutover plans, timelines, resource requirements, and budget estimates.
- Prepare Business cases, Project plans, and funding proposals.
- Project Delivery & Governance
- Lead end-to-end Project Delivery while ensuring quality, budget, and timeline objectives are achieved.
- Manage multiple projects and workstreams concurrently.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive Project execution.
- Monitor Project scope, risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests.
- Provide regular Project status reporting, documentation, and management updates.
- Manage vendor relationships, Project costs, and payment schedules.
- Lead production deployment and cutover activities, including after-hours or weekend implementations when required.

Qualification
7 years of IT Project Management experience delivering enterprise business application projects.
- Proven experience leading large-scale system implementations and production cutover activities.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Experience managing project budgets, timelines, vendors, and stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively across multiple business units and teams.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese preferred.
- Must possess a valid Macau work permit, Macau ID, or legal authorization to work in Macau.
- Willingness to support project activities outside normal office hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
- Preferred Experience
- Experience within hospitality, resort operations, food & beverage, retail, entertainment, or large-scale enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of AI-related projects or digital transformation initiatives is an advantage.
- Experience working with distributed teams and third-party vendors
