Define and maintain a comprehensive feature list to guide product development.

Design detailed user flows accompanied by wireframes to visualize the end-to-end user journey.

Identify and document edge cases, and maintain a mapping table outlining system versus app handling for each scenario.

Draft business logic requirement documents, covering online and offline user journeys, operational controls and SOPs, as well as system calculation and control rules.

Collaborate with the internal design team to maintain a complete UI/UX requirements document for each feature, serving as a reference throughout the implementation process.

Oversee project timelines and coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure milestones are met on schedule.

Proven experience as a Product Specialist or in a similar role within a digital product environment.

Strong familiarity with product documentation practices and project management workflows.

Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and the ability to translate design needs into actionable requirements.

Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a track record of effective cross-team collaboration.
