Job Responsibilities: - Based on the company's strategic goals and development plans, lead the human resource planning and analysis, formulate and implement annual human resource strategies and recruitment plans to meet the business development needs. - Be fully responsible for the recruitment process, optimize recruitment channels and strategies, ensure the supply of key position talents. Be responsible for reviewing and issuing offer letters, coordinating onboarding arrangements, and ensuring the recruitment process is compliant and closed loop. - Assist in establishing and maintaining the company's talent pool, implement key position talent inventory and reserve plans, and support internal talent mobility and development. - Assist in organizing and implementing the performance evaluation system, be responsible for result statistics, analysis and feedback, and promote the application of performance results in salary, promotion, etc. - Assist in planning and implementing the employee training system, improve onboarding training and on-the-job development programs, and enhance organizational capabilities and employee competence. - Manage the salary system, regularly conduct market research and internal analysis to ensure internal fairness and external competitiveness of salary benefits. - Maintain good employee relations, handle labor contracts, entry and exit procedures and other daily personnel affairs, ensure that human resource operations comply with relevant laws and regulations. - Continuously optimize human resource management systems and processes, promote human resource informatization and dataization construction, and improve overall operational efficiency. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or above, major in human resources management, psychology, business administration or related fields are preferred. - Possess 3-5 years of HR management experience, with preference given to candidates who have relevant experience in the IT/internet technology industry. - Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, with basic writing skills in both Chinese and English. - Familiar with human resource management theories and practices, master relevant laws and regulations such as labor law and labor contract law and be familiar with the practical processes of each module of human resources. - Excellent communication and coordination skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and stress resistance ability, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, clear logical thinking.
