Job Description – Business Analyst Consultant (CMS Programme) Position Overview We are seeking a detail‑oriented and capable Business Analyst Consultant to join our transformational programme modernizing the Casino Management System (CMS). Based in Macau, this role will support the Senior Business Analyst, project team, and business stakeholders in documenting processes, gathering requirements, preparing UAT materials, and ensuring operational needs are clearly captured throughout the CMS programme lifecycle. The consultant will focus on business‑side analysis and documentation activities across Table Games, Cage, and related operational functions, working closely with internal stakeholders, project teams, and technology partners to validate requirements and define future‑state processes. Key Responsibilities • Assist the Senior Business Analyst in delivering business analysis outputs; not accountable for overall deliverable ownership. • Document current‑state processes across Table Games, Cage, and back‑office operations. • Support future‑state process definition for CMS Upgrade, CMS Mobile, and Cage Module. • Gather and organize business requirements, functional requirements, business rules, exception flows, approval flows, and reporting needs. • Prepare and maintain process maps, SOP inputs, requirements documents, traceability matrices, issue logs, and readiness materials. • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions, including preparation of materials, notes, action logs, and follow‑ups. • Translate business needs into clear documentation for stakeholders, project teams, vendors, and technology partners. • Support UAT preparation and execution, including test case definition, defect tracking, clarifications, and retesting. • Assist with training inputs, SOP updates, and go‑live readiness activities. • Maintain strong documentation discipline to ensure clarity, accuracy, and traceability. Required Qualifications • 5+ years’ experience in business analysis, process analysis, or system implementation support. • Proven experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and UAT preparation. • Strong documentation, organization, and attention‑to‑detail skills. • Ability to translate discussions into clear requirements, flows, and action logs. • Experience supporting UAT execution and defect management. • Strong communication skills in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin beneficial for Macau stakeholder engagement. • Experience in regulated industries or large operational environments preferred. • Background in casino, gaming, hospitality, finance, or compliance is advantageous but not mandatory.
