Resident Security Engineer（short term)

Responsible:
1. Analyze security requirements and develop comprehensive security architectures and strategies to mitigate risks
2. Monitor security systems and events, investigate security incidents, implement corrective actions
3. Continuously research and evaluate new security threats, vulnerabilities, countermeasures to improve security posture
4. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security is integrated across infrastructure, applications and business processes
5. Develop security policies, standards and procedures to govern the organization's information security practices
6. Stay up to date on industry security trends, regulations, best practices

Required skills and qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a security engineer or security administrator
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, standards and technologies
- Proficiency in security tools and platforms such as firewalls, vulnerability scanners, etc
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Certifications such as CCSE, CCSA, CCNA, CCNP, PCNSE, PCNSA
