We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. The role involves driving Agile best practices, removing delivery impediments, managing stakeholders, and ensuring transparency across the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coordinate activities across Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
- Track and manage project risks, dependencies, blockers, and action items.
- Support application delivery, system enhancements, UAT, production releases, and issue resolution.
- Maintain Agile boards, backlogs, dashboards, and reporting using Jira.
- Ensure effective collaboration among local, remote, offshore, and vendor teams.
- Promote continuous improvement and Agile best practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Project Management, or related disciplines.
- Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Scrum Master, Agile Delivery, Project Coordination, or Software Development environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile project tracking tools.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
- Proactive, positive, and "can-do" attitude.

Preferred
- Experience working with enterprise applications and digital transformation projects.
- Exposure to DevOps, release management, and vendor management environments.
