Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Argo CD.
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent technologies.
- Develop and maintain cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments to support enterprise applications and services.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes to improve operational efficiency.

Cloud & Container Platforms
- Manage and optimize containerized workloads using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Design and support highly available, scalable, and resilient cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, or Alibaba Cloud.
- Implement cloud networking, security, and governance best practices across multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
- Support cloud-native application deployments and micro services architectures.

Security & Reliability Engineering
- Embed security controls throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Conduct security reviews, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing coordination, and risk mitigation activities.
- Implement monitoring, logging, observability, and alerting solutions using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Prisma Cloud, and APM - platforms.
- Drive incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident remediation efforts.
- Establish and maintain operational standards that improve platform stability, security, and reliability.

Collaboration & Leadership
- Partner with development, QA, architecture, and operations teams to streamline software delivery processes.
- Champion DevSecOps culture, best practices, and engineering standards across the organization.
- Build and maintain self-service developer platforms and automated deployment capabilities.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership to support knowledge sharing and capability development.
- Act as a trusted advisor on infrastructure, security, automation, and cloud strategy.

Qualifications & Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or related infrastructure engineering roles.
- Proven experience designing, implementing, and supporting complex enterprise infrastructure and cloud platforms.
Strong hands-on experience with:
GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Argo CD Terraform, CloudFormation, or other IaC tools Kubernetes, Docker, Helm Linux system administration and automation
- Monitoring and observability platforms
- Experience with major cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or Alibaba Cloud.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts including VPCs, VPNs, load balancing, DNS, and security controls.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, Go, Ansible, or similar technologies.
- Experience implementing DevSecOps controls, security automation, and compliance requirements.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred
Experience supporting mobile applications and web-based platforms.
Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and practices.
Experience with service mesh, container security, and cloud governance frameworks.
Relevant cloud, Kubernetes, security, or DevOps certifications.
Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.
