Responsibilities
- Providing legal and regulatory advices to the management;
- Manage and answering enquiries from SFC and other regulatory bodies on all compliance related matters;
- Advising on the latest legal and regulatory developments that may be relevant to the Group;
- Liaise with external lawyers to manage litigation or dispute resolution issues;
- Preparing and reviewing legal and other documents and participating in contract negotiations;
- Supporting the Board and management on corporate governance matters; and
- Performing other duties as may be required by the Group.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree Bachelor's degree in Law or related field required. Master degree or above strongly preferred.
- 5+ years working experience in Law and Compliance fields is necessary, with HK listed company working experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in PC knowledge (MS office, Word, Excel) and Chinese Typewriting
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage.
- Require the ability to handle multiple priorities as well as strong leadership and negotiation skills, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to promptly organize and analyze and provide professional advice.
- Strong Law and compliance knowledge.
