POSITION SUMMARY: To plan and execute marketing operations requirements, marketing campaigns, day-to-day tactical communications and marketing materials. Act as a key member of the Marketing Partnership team to provide marketing services to resort operations, and to execute effective advertising, communications (online and offline), promotions and collaterals that support and help achieve business targets. This position requires the individual to be highly organized, able to work in as fast pace environment, able to handle multiple projects at once, good with budget calculations and able to ensure that all timelines are met PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Manage all marketing channels (on-property & off-property) and prepare marketing communications for the resort and hotels. 2. Assist in drafting briefs & brief internal Creative Service/agency partners for creative development 3. Assist in delivering flawless execution that is aligned with the GEG standards. Task to be achieved by close collaboration with internal marketing teams (Creative Services, Digital, Media Planning and Buying, Media Communications, Events, A &P), and external agencies or partners. 4. Schedule creative development review and approvals within marketing as well as with stakeholder departments. 5. Support Sr Manager in the development of project timelines & work-progress reports and monitor budgets to make sure both are met per plan 6. Implement brand and sub-brand standards , including Resort brand assets, resulting in advanced customer advocacy, industry award recognition, and consistency across all in-market executions. 7. Ensure day-to day smooth organization, operation and timely delivery of all work in progress. 8. Provide quality control on all material-legal T&C's, proofreading Chinese& English copy, production & installation. 9. Manage all vendor quotations and track & report on department budget to ensure on budget delivery of all programs. REQUIREMENTS: 1.
