Responsibilities 職位內容: • Assist Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef for day-to-day operation in consistent and high quality standard 協助上司在日常運作中盡其所能生產出高質量的產品 • Work under the guidelines and procedures established by the hotel 遵守酒店政策和程序以及工作慣例 • Ensure production is made in a timely manner 確保嚴格遵守生產圖表 • Apply precautionary measure in hazardous situation and ensure safe work environment 了解事故預防並幫助實施安全的工作條件 • Perform any necessary tasks to fulfill business need 執行分配的其他職責以滿足業務需求 Requirement 職位要求: • High school graduation 高中教育 • Culinary certificate is an advantage 烹飪教育優先 • Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin language skill 良好的粵語和普通話溝通技巧 • Similar experience in 5-star hotel or reputable restaurants for at least 5 years 在著名的五星級酒店擔任類似職位至少5年
