職位要求

工作經驗：至少5年相關領域經驗，至少3年管理職經驗，有審計經驗者優先
教育程度：會計、金融或相關領域學士學位
知識/證書：持有CPA、CMA或CFA等專業證照者優先
語言能力：良好的英語和粵語書寫和口語能力
電腦應用：熟練操作微軟Office辦公室軟體（Excel高級版）

Job Purpose:

Overview the accounting functions of General Ledger and Fixed Asset, leading the team in executing the financial close and provides financial analysis to senior management, review financials and ensure the financial reports can be prepared timely, accurately and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing financial strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Research and resolve accounting issues and discrepancies and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Review audit schedules, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and accounting policies and procedures for the management of Fixed Assets and General Ledger.
• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, reports, and ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Supervise, train and mentor the team and provide performance feedback and coaching.
• Assist with departments in preparing ad hoc projects as required.
• Lead and manage the General Leger and Fixed Asset team and adhere to management’s instructions and Company policies
• Supervise and guide Team Members

Competencies and Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in related field, at least 3 years in managerial role and with audit experience preferred
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
Knowledge/Certificates: Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA preferred
Language Ability: Good written and spoken English and Cantonese
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (advanced Excel)
