POSITION SUMMARY The Administrator – Network Service Delivery is responsible for the implementation, support and maintenance of the organization’s network infrastructure to ensure its smooth operation. This role requires prompt and effective resolution of any network related issues, ensure the network infrastructure meets the company's defined service availability, cyber security requirements including Macau Cyber Security Law (MCSL) and Macau DICJ's Minimum Internal Control Requirements (MICR). The Administrator must possess an good understanding of network technologies and protocols, as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team to excel in this position. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Responsible for network related project implementation, operation and maintenance - Maintain daily routine tasks to ensure the network infrastructure is stable, secure, and efficient. - Evaluate performance and capacity of LAN, WAN and wireless network. - Identify and remedy network performance bottlenecks and cyber security issues. - Configure firewalls, routing and switching to maximize network efficiency and security. - Implement and support various network equipment and services including routers, switches, secure web proxy, load balancers, Firewalls, FireEye and wireless controllers. - Upgrade network equipment to the latest firmware releases. - Support in planning, modifying, relocating, and migrating network components with minimal operational impact. - Provide incident support and resolve problems under time constraints. - Create and execute procedures, facilitate knowledge transfer, and manage information resources to support work. - Maintain installation records of network equipment and end devices connected to the network infrastructure - Replacement of network equipment and cables. - Assist the network manager on scoping, designing, scheduling, resourcing and managing subcontractors. - Manage network asset records including hardware inventory, software release and product life cycle. - Be available on-call to respond to network related issues. REQUIREMENTS - Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines. - Minimum 3 years of relevant network support experience. - Possess professional qualifications such as ENS, ECE, CCNP, JNCIA, FCNSP, PCNSE, H3CNE, H3CSE will be an added advantage. - Hands-on technical experience working with STP, OSPF, MBGP/BGP, Multicast, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN, L2VPN, L3VPN, VxLAN, SD-WAN, SDN/NFV. - Experience in implementing, administering and monitoring of network infrastructure equipment such as H3C, Huawei, Extreme, Palo Alto, Fortinet, FireEye, Forcepoint DLP and Web Proxy, F5, PulseSecure, Avaya. - Knowledge of information security frameworks such as CISP, NIST, Macau Cybersecurity Law, Macau DICJ's Minimum Internal Control Requirements (MICR) is a plus. - Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to learn new technologies quickly. - Good time management skills and ability to follow processes. - Possess strong documentation skills. - Good communication skills, both written and verbal. - Fluent in English and Mandarin.
