職責:

  • 活動現場管理和監督員工的日常運作,確保相關操作程序和政策符合公司的標準
  • 監督員工工作表現,以最大限度地提高工作和員工效率,並提供優質的客戶服務
  • 在客戶服務和解決問題方面與客戶緊密合作
  • 為同事提供必要的資源和支持
  • 執行管理層安排的臨時工作任務

要求:
  • 3年或以上活動協調或相關行業協調經驗
  • 具備出色的領導能力和員工管理能力,良好溝通技能和人際關係處理能力
  • 經驗較少的候選人將被考慮為活動協調員



Event Coordinator / Senior Event Coordinator


This position seeks an experienced Event Professional with a can-do attitude, who enjoys working in a fast-paced growing company of like-minded passionate colleagues. Responsibilities:
  • Onsite manage and oversee daily staffing operation, ensure the event is in compliance of company’s standard operations procedures as well as the policies.
  • Monitor staff’s performance to maximize productivity, manpower efficiency and deliver quality customer service.
  • Work closely with the client in client service and problem solving.
  • Provide necessary resources and support to colleagues.
  • Perform ad-hoc job duties when assigned by the management.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in event operation
  • Strong people management skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Event Coordinator
