Responsibilities:
Support the daily sorting, scanning, and archiving of documents to ensure efficient record management.
Assist in establishing, maintaining, and updating the filing and document management systems.
Contribute to warehouse inventory management by supporting stock recording, tracking, and reporting activities.
Generate and maintain filing reports, monitor critical documents, and ensure timely retrieval and updates.
Handle mailing processes, including correspondence dispatch and receipt, and coordinate logistics to ensure smooth operations.
Provide general administrative support to ensure the seamless functioning of office operations.
Requirements:
University degree or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
Customer service experience is a plus.
Result-oriented, self-motivated, patient, cheerful, and maintaining a positive attitude.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
