Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment to achieve departmental goals.
Develop and execute innovative and impactful marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and business growth.
Ensure relevancy and competitiveness in all content creation
Develop meaningful marketing KPIs to drive performance
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape, using data-driven insights to optimize promotional activities.
Collaborate closely with various departments, including content creation, sales, and customer service, to ensure the effectiveness and consistency of marketing strategies.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximizing return on investment.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, continuously adjusting strategies to meet business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients to promote long-term brand development.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in social marketing and min 1 year in a mid-management role.
Strong analytical skills and creative thinking, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of effectively managing a team and inspiring team members.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, with the ability to leverage various media resources.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
